Use of Services

Kompmodo provides real estate comparison report generation tools. You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you input and the reports you generate.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Subscription and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.

MLS Data Usage

MLS data accessed through Kompmodo is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective MLS organizations (IRES, elevateMLS). You agree to comply with all applicable MLS rules regarding data usage and distribution.

Intellectual Property

Kompmodo and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Kompmodo and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Reports you generate are yours to use for your business purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Kompmodo provides tools to assist with real estate analysis but does not guarantee the accuracy of MLS data or property valuations. We are not liable for decisions made based on reports generated through our platform.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services immediately ceases.
